WE ALL GET A BIT STUCK SOMETIMES
Build confidence. Quiet the overthinking. Navigate what’s next.
For when you’re struggling with something, feeling a bit ‘meh’ or wanting to proactively work on yourself.
REWIRE YOUR BRAIN
Your mind shapes the way you think, feel and respond - and those patterns can change.
Most of us train our bodies without thinking twice. The brain works the same way - it strengthens what you practice and lets go of what you stop using. NLP is simply a way of training your mind more deliberately.
Using Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Clinical Hypnotherapy, I help you understand the thoughts, habits and patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and explore new ways of thinking and responding that work better for you.
I work with men in their 20s and 30s who may be struggling with overthinking, confidence, self-doubt, relationships, motivation or figuring out what comes next. Whether you're facing a particular challenge or simply know that something needs to change, I offer straightforward support in a way that suits you.

APPLYING the science of Neuroplasticity
As an Advanced Master NLP Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Coach, I believe looking after your mind should be just as normal as looking after your body.
Life can be a lot. Work, relationships, expectations, change, uncertainty and the pressure to have everything figured out can leave you feeling overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected from yourself. My approach is practical, personal and grounded. I create a calm, judgement-free space to help you understand your patterns, shift the way you think and respond, and feel more confident, clear and in control.
Think of it as training your mind like you train your body. Just like strength, confidence and resilience are built through practice, the same can be true of the way we think, feel and respond.
Most of us aren't broken - we're just human.
